Kara obtained her undergraduate education at Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science and a Minor in Sociology and Psychology. She then went on to do a year of Biomedical research in a PhD program at Saint Louis University while applying for the Saint Louis University PA program. She graduated with a Masters Degrees in Medical Science from the SLU PA program in 2006 and is board certified through the NCCPA.

Kara works mainly with Dr. Luis Anglo. She sees patients in the office including follow-up visits, post-operative appointments, sick visits, and general urology appointments. She also assists in the operating room, with her main concentration being on the Davinci prostatectomy. She has performed over 350 Davinci procedures with Dr Anglo. Her main goal is to provide the best care possible for the patient.
